About Me

Full Stack Developer and Support Engineer with 2+ years of experience working in production environments. I build and maintain responsive web applications using React, Node.js, and MongoDB, and regularly troubleshoot real-world issues to improve system reliability and user experience.

In my current role as a Customer Support Engineer, I work closely with users and engineering teams to diagnose bugs, resolve technical issues, and support live applications. This experience has strengthened my ability to debug complex problems and understand how software behaves in production.

Prior to transitioning into tech, I served in the U.S. Army in Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD), where I developed strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. I later earned a degree in Personal Financial Planning and worked at Fidelity Investments before moving into software development.

I completed a full stack MERN bootcamp and continue building practical applications focused on real-world use.
